If you meet our eligibility criteria for living at Phoenix House, please complete an Application Form and return it to us. Please contact our Scheme Manager if you require information or assistance with the application process.
As part of the application process, a community care assessment of your housing and care needs may be undertaken, to identify the level of support needed.
Waiting List
Our rented extra care apartments are very desirable and there may be a waiting list.
Once accepted onto our waiting list, the final decision on allocations will be taken by a panel comprising representatives from SCHA, Solihull Council’s Adult Social Care Team, Solihull Community Housing and the care & support provider commissioned by the Council.
