Meet our Management Team:

My name is Catherine and I joined SCHA in September 2024. As its Chief Executive I lead on SCHA’s strategy and overall compliance with regulations. I support our Board members and act as Company Secretary.
My career spans 30+ years in housing and community settings, leading teams supporting people with their housing and support needs. I started my career as a volunteer in a women’s refuge and never looked back. Since then I have worked with a diverse range of service users, teams, commissioners and grant makers. If I’ve learnt one thing, it is to never assume anything and that no two people are the same.
I have an MSc in Organisation Development and management learning, am a trained NLP Practitioner and Qualified Executive Coach at ILM L7. I have 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. I love music and dancing, sing in a choir and dance Jive and Lindy Hop; I also love cooking in keeping with my French upbringing.
My wish is for our residents and colleagues to feel empowered and to leave a positive mark in the world.

My name is Richard, and I am responsible for the operational management of the organisation, ensuring we meet our contractual objectives and continue to offer safe, high-quality services.
With over 15 years of experience in the housing, building and care sectors, I am focused on promoting a person-centred approach throughout SCHA, encouraging the independence and empowerment of our residents in their day-to-day lives.
Here at SCHA, we are committed to investing in our colleagues and our buildings, ensuring our services offer the quality and personalised approach our residents have come to expect. I am proud to work for an organisation that strives to make a positive difference in people’s lives, engaging with services in the local community to offer opportunities and new experiences for our residents.

My name is Hafiza, I am the Scheme Manager at Trinity Apartments, I am responsible for all landlord related tasks at Trinity Apartments and I work very closely with the care provider to ensure together we are delivering quality personal services to our residents. I have been working for SCHA since 2015 and proudly opened Trinity Apartments in May of that year.
I have a wealth of experience working for larger registered providers in Birmingham as well as a background in the banking sector, I also possess a degree in Professional Housing Studies. I thoroughly enjoy working in the supported living sector and seeing the difference my works makes. For the future, I would like to see Trinity Apartments continue in its successes and commitment to enhance the lives of our residents.

My name is Nick and I am the Scheme Manager at Phoenix House. My role is to support and ensure all the residents have all their housing needs met, and working closely with the care team to ensure residents’ care needs are met and with compassion and care.
I have over 35 years’ experience, managing various housing and health and social care services for people. These include independent assisted living, CQC registered care and domiciliary services within the private and charity sectors.
I am committed to supporting people to live in person-centred, vibrant communities and respecting choice, equality diversity and change. It is important to me to work for an organisation that values supporting older people to live independent and fulfilling lives. I aspire to build strong links between Phoenix House and the wider community, to benefit all the individuals that call it home, as well as our neighbours.

My name is Mamta, and I joined SCHA in October 2025 as Finance Manager. I am responsible for overseeing payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, and I work closely with managers across the business to support our goals.
I bring a wealth of experience in financial strategy, planning, and operations, and will be a key part of our efforts, alongside our CEO, to strengthen and streamline SCHA’s financial processes. With over 8 years of industry finance experience and 12 years teaching Accounting and Business Studies at A-Level, I combine deep practical expertise with strong communication skills.
Holding a Master of Commerce (Advanced Accounting) and having completed the Strategic Professional level of study with ACCA, I specialise in financial reporting, VAT compliance, operational finance, and process optimisation. I am driven to improve accuracy, streamline workflows, and provide clear financial insights to ensure our strategies align with SCHA’s overall growth and success.
