Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey. We received 83 responses this year, which was fewer than we’d hoped for, so we’ll be reviewing how we collect this important feedback in future.

This survey is a key part of our regulatory responsibilities and is carried out every two years to help us understand how residents feel about their homes and our services.

We’re currently awaiting the results, which will be shared at upcoming residents’ meetings and displayed on notice boards.
