Trinity Apartments is intended primarily for people aged 55 or over, or those with a disability, who live in the Solihull area or have a strong connection with the area.
Meeting the eligibility criteria

If you do not meet the eligibility, but are still interested in living at Trinity Apartments, please contact our Scheme Manager to discuss your circumstances.
How do I rent an apartment?
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please complete an Application Form and return it to us. Please contact our Scheme Manager if you require information or assistance with the application process.
Waiting List
Our rented extra care apartments are very desirable and there may be a waiting list.
In order to rent an apartment, an applicant must apply to join the waiting list for Trinity Apartments and have a prospective care or support need. The applicant must also be willing, if deemed appropriate, to take part in a community care assessment to identify their level of need. Our Scheme Manager will be happy to arrange an assessment for you.
Can I buy an apartment?
On occasion, the opportunity to purchase an apartment on a Shared Ownership basis does arise for people who meet the age/disability and locality criteria, who are suitable for the service and who would benefit from the additional support, safety and security that this type of accommodation can offer.
Please contact our Scheme Manager to find out if any Shared Ownership apartments are for sale.
