Extra Care Services

Feel at home with our extra care services.

Our Scheme Manager is on hand Monday-Thursday and oversees the day-to-day running of the scheme.  Our Scheme Administrator works Monday-Friday and supports our Scheme Manager as well as helping residents with queries relating to their home.

Residents of Trinity Apartments are provided with a care and/or support plan which is prepared in consultation with them and individually tailored to their needs.

Care and support is delivered either by a preferred domiciliary care provider based in Trinity Apartments, or residents can choose their own care provider.  Our care provider is appointed by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.  Our current care provider is Advance Healthcare (UK) Ltd.

Our care service provider is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), so you can rest assured that they offer a professional service.

The housing related support service includes an on-site emergency alarm system; assistance with housing benefit claims and support to undertake daily living activities.

A regular cleaning and grounds maintenance service ensures all communal areas are kept clean and tidy.  Residents are also able to purchase a cleaning service for their own apartment, should they so wish.

Day to day maintenance is carried out by our friendly and knowledgeable in-house maintenance team.  For more complex repairs and maintenance, we use trusted contractors that offer a friendly and responsive service.
