We aim to make applying as simple and supportive as possible. Here’s what to expect:
1. Submit Your Application
Your completed Application Form will be reviewed by our Allocations Panel, which includes:
- Solihull Care Housing Association (SCHA)
- Solihull Community Housing
- Social Services
- Advance Healthcare (our internal care partners)
2. In-Person Assessment
You’ll be invited to visit the service for a friendly, face-to-face assessment. This is your chance to:
- Meet our team
- Discuss your care and support needs
- Tour a modern apartment
- Enjoy a meal in our on-site dining room
We want you to get a real feel for life at Phoenix House and ensure it’s the right fit for you.
3. Panel Review
The information from your visit will help us make a fair, needs-based decision tailored to your individual circumstances.
