St Patrick’s Day at Phoenix House
Phoenix House was filled with warmth, laughter, and a touch of Irish charm as residents came together to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.
The day began with a lovely coffee morning, where everyone enjoyed chatting about the history of St Patrick and sharing interesting facts, with plenty of surprises along the way!
There was also a delicious selection of traditional Irish treats to enjoy, including porter cake, whiskey cake, Kimberley biscuits, and Jimmy Dos, which went down a treat with a good cup of tea.
In the afternoon, residents gathered in the beautifully decorated dining room for a special Irish-themed lunch thanks to our catering team.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Jeanette, whose thoughtful decorations helped create such a cheerful and festive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Themed days like these are always a highlight at Phoenix House, bringing residents together to share stories, laughter, and special moments.
