Residents’ lunch at Phoenix House
Today, Richard Vienas, Operations Manager (left), attended a residents’ lunch at Phoenix House alongside our chair, Adrian Evans.
Here’s what he said.
“It was a fantastic opportunity to spend meaningful time with residents in a relaxed and welcoming setting, allowing us to hear directly about their experiences.
“The conversation was open, honest, and incredibly valuable, giving us clear insight into what works well at Phoenix House and where residents feel improvements could be made.
“The event highlighted the strong sense of community within the service and reinforced our commitment to resident engagement, ensuring that their voices continue to shape and enhance the quality of our services.”
