SCHA welcomes new Finance Manager
We’re delighted to welcome Mamta Yadav, our new Finance Manager, who joined us on Tuesday 21 October 2025.
Mamta said: “I’m delighted to be joining SCHA and look forward to working with our dedicated staff and residents to continue fostering a supportive community where everyone can thrive.
“I also look forward to working closely with our Board of Trustees to develop the business plan and contribute to the ongoing success of the association.
“My goal for SCHA is to maintain a strong and sustainable financial position that enables future investment and growth. This stability will allow us to plan confidently for the future and continue improving the quality of housing for our residents. By streamlining processes and developing effective financial tools, I aim to create the capacity and focus needed to drive SCHA forward securely and strategically.”
